RUNNING PODCASTS
Share
Sharing your experiences and learning from others are part of the joy of running and what better way to do this than through podcasts. Take a break from music and listen to one of our runner stories on your next run. We are building a library that will cover runners of all abilities who are taking on a range of distances, from those just starting out to those competing in a marathon and beyond. Be part of one yourself. We tell you how here.
SHARING
Although most of us will go through similar issues during our runs, both good and bad, it's good to talk about them and share them with others. There may be something that you've tried and been successful with that could make a world of difference to others. Tried a running club and loved it? Passionate about a particular brand or model of running shoe that you want to tell others about; this is the place. Same goes for things that didn't quite work out. Some kit you don't love or a fundraising approach that didn't quite happen? Tell us and our listeners about it.
Share your best places to run. We all need inspiration when it comes to running routes. Have you got an approach to training that has paid dividends? These podcasts let others know.
LEARNING
There are plenty of things you can get wrong, not just when you start running but at all stages of your journey. Wearing the right gear, to where to stay at a particular event, there are so many learnings to be had from others. This especially applies to fundraising. Benefit from those that have been there and done it.
TAKING PART
If you'd like to be the focus of one of our podcasts we'd love to hear from you. It's really easy and you don't need to have any specialist equipment. We just send you a link to our podcast recording site (it's just like zoom) and you can record it on your phone if you like. No microphone or headphones are needed. It takes around 30 minutes. Ideally we'll plan a three episode series with you, one when you first get started, another a couple of weeks before your event if you're doing one and another as couple of weeks after your event. It's likely to be two for a smaller distance event. If you're not doing an event that doesn't matter; it's just good to catch up with you on your progress over a few months. Just use the button below to get in contact. You really will be helping the global running community by getting involved.
We'll record the video and audio but will only use the audio for our podcasts. If there is a section that would would work well in our video collection we'll ask you if it's ok to use it.

We have 4 podcast channels. One is focused on running events, called The World of Running Events, the other looks at fundraising the third is Runner Stories.and the fourth is focused on Training Support.
